Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY (hereinafter referred to as “3N7LOVE”) for your special event. By engaging our services for your wedding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). These T&Cs apply to all services we provide and take precedence over any contrary representations, whether oral or otherwise.


𝟑𝗡𝟕𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘™ Terms and Conditions

By paying the deposit or retainer fee, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of the agreement terms, even if the agreement itself is not signed.

Agreement to terms by payment

To reserve the wedding date, a non-refundable retainer equivalent to 50% of the total wedding package cost and a signed agreement are mandatory. If the agreement is not signed, a paid deposit will be considered as acceptance of the terms outlined in the agreement.

Session Fees/Retainer

General Terms (Applicable to Photo, and All services offered)

  1. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at your earliest convenience. This deposit ensures that your chosen dates are exclusively reserved, preventing any other potential bookings for those dates.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding week.
  3. Your booking is considered finalized only upon receipt of the full 50% deposit. Once payment is made, please notify us promptly to confirm your booking.

Payment Schedule

  1. Feature Weddings must be informed immediately of any changes in the wedding schedule or location at least one week prior to the event.
  2. Notification of changes must be made by phone and confirmed in writing via email for documentation.
  3. The Client is responsible for confirming all arrangements at least 7-10 days before the wedding.

Change of Date or Venue

  1. Feature Weddings shall be the exclusive photographer retained for the wedding event.
  2. Family, friends, and other vendors must not interfere with the photographer’s duties.
  3. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at specified intervals during the wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images.

Exclusive Photographer & Creator

  1. The photographs produced by 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY are protected by Copyright Laws (NZ & AU).
  2. Clients waive any claims of ownership, income, editorial control, or usage of the images.
  3. Reproduction, cropping, or alteration of the images is prohibited without prior written consent.
  4. Displaying images on social media requires proper credit to 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY.

Copyright Information

  1. The retainer fee is non-refundable after 48 hours from the signing/paying deposit of the agreement.
  2. If the event is canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, the Client shall pay the balance of the agreement due.
  3. Any other arrangements regarding cancellation or postponement must be discussed and documented in writing

Cancellation or Postponement Policy

  1. Images are edited at the discretion of 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY.
  2. Only content meeting professional quality standards will be released.
  3. 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY retains the right to use content for portfolios, websites, and promotional purposes.

Creative  License & Portfolio Rights

  1. All final delivery links sent to clients via email will remain valid for 35 days.
  2. It is the client’s responsibility to download all photos within this period.
  3. 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY does not take responsibility for storing files after the link expiration unless prior arrangements are made.

Final Delivery Links

  1. 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY recommends clients back up images on additional media formats.
  2. The client is responsible for keeping multiple copies of the images in more than one location.

Flash Drive Storage and Archival of Images

All revisions to edited photos, or RAW images must be requested before the final version is sent.
  • Any additional revisions after the final version is sent will incur fees ranging from $199 to $599 + GST, depending on the scope of work required.

Revisions Policy

  1. 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for photographs not taken or missed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  2. All efforts will be made to fulfil requests, but delivery of specific images cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.

Failure to Perform

  1. If 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY cannot perform this agreement due to uncontrollable circumstances, monies paid by the Client will be returned minus expenses.
  2. 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY shall have no further liability under such circumstances.

Force Majeure

  1. In case of severe illness or other emergencies, 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY may arrange for a qualified substitute photographer.
  2. A second photographer will be provided if included in the Client’s package

Photographer Substitution and Second Photographer

A meal is required for 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY team members for events lasting six hours or longer.

Event Food Service

3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for any prints not ordered directly through its services.

Printing of Images

This agreement serves as a model release, granting 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY the right to use the photographs for lawful promotional purposes.

Model Release

Clients will receive their final high-resolution, hand-edited JPEG images via dropbox within 60 days of the wedding date.

Delivery of Products

  1. Clients must provide suitable parking for equipment loading and unloading at the venue.
  2. Parking fees equal to or greater than $20 will be invoiced to the client, while expenses under $20 will be covered by 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY.

Parking

This agreement contains the entire understanding between 3N7LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY and the Client, superseding all prior agreements. Only the bride and groom (or signatories of this contract) can address any issues that arise.
